What if?

So I have been thinking lately, and what if God is actually each of us? What if Jesus is alive in everyone of us? What if we are all His angels? What if He is just trying to get us to see that everything we do isnt just to please some dude up in the sky, but to please ourselves, because He is part of us! Maybe this has been said before, but what if our redeemer lives, because we live? And what happens when we all die? how can we pass His word on to our future species, and friends!
maybe I am completely out of right field with this one, but I thought I might just say it.
comment!!! :D

You might consider a book by Alan Watts called "The Book (on the secret of who you really are)". Coming from a basis in Vedanta (hindu) it posits that we are all God playing "hide and seek". We create our experience and lose ourselves in the game, but in the end it's only "I" (there is only one consciousness and we are it).

Consider also the study of Advaita tantra (non-duality) in such works as "the Avadhuta Gita" by Dattatreya.

Some of the Christian mystics have approached this, but the cosmological seperation of spirit and matter plus the clinging to the ego are the first things that have to go. (Although they make the game much more compelling...)
